Basic plan is packed with advanced AI features from the Start plan for meetings with up to 8 people, plus new must-have tools such as account management, breakout groups, meeting recording, multi screen sharing, whiteboarding, meeting smart scheduler, event analytics and reporting. Business plan includes everything from the Basic plan and additionally the most innovative AI tools allowing you to hold engaging large-scale conferences for up to 80 people. Plus cloud storage, branding & customization, additional integration, and technical support.

With the Start plan, you will have a 40-minute meeting time limit, but at the same time you can use the most popular basic features for video calls and invite up to 4 people. By upgrading to the Basic plan, you increase the meeting time to 2 hours, get advanced tools, and have the ability to invite up to 8 people. With the Business plan, you can host big events for up to 80 people, have an 8-hour meeting time limit, and enjoy the innovative AI-based tools.
Log in to Whoosh, select Settings, and choose Plan Management. Then navigate to Edit Plan to cancel your subscription. You should bear in mind that all payments you make are non-refundable, so you won’t get a refund if you cancel the subscription, even before your billing cycle ends. The subscription will finish when your paid term ends (i.e., if you subscribe to a monthly plan, the service will be available till the end of the month).
Yes! As your company expands, so do your needs. So yes, you can always upgrade your subscription to a higher level without any problems. Log in to Whoosh, select Settings, and choose Plan Management. Then select Edit Plan and choose the new plan.
Various host options are only available in the business plan. You can add or remove hosts online in the business plan at any time.
Yes, you can save up to 20% by subscribing to an annual plan instead of a monthly plan.

No, Whoosh offers to arrange an unlimited number of meetings every month and spend up to 24 hours talking with other participants.
