Yes! When you create a Whoosh account, you automatically get the Start plan. To unlock more features and enhance your video conferencing experience, you can upgrade your subscription. To do this, go to the Plan Management page and select Edit Plan.
The Start plan allows you to invite up to 4 members, but you can increase that number to 8 by signing up for the Basic plan, or even up to 80 members by going Business.
There is no limit to the number of meetings, but there is a limit to the meeting duration depending on your plan. In the Start plan, you can have meetings for up to 40 minutes, in the Basic plan for up to 2 hours, and in the Business plan for up to 8 hours.
For your convenience, we have 3 subscription plans: Start, Basic, and Business. Each of them has its own benefits.

Start plan includes all the most basic features for productive meetings for up to 4 people, such as screen sharing, 3D backgrounds, private & group chat, emoji reactions as well as trial AI features such as photorealistic avatars, touch up tools, mementos, weatherman functionality, sound splitting, participants tracker, Mementos and gesture recognition.

Basic plan is packed with advanced AI features from the Start plan for meetings with up to 8 people, plus new must-have tools such as breakout groups, meeting recording, multi screen sharing, whiteboarding, meeting smart scheduler, event analytics and reporting.

Business plan includes everything from the Basic plan and additionally the most innovative AI tools allowing you to hold engaging large-scale conferences for up to 80 people. Plus cloud storage, branding & customization, account management, additional integration, and technical support.

With the Start plan, you will have a 40-minute meeting time limit, but at the same time you can use the most popular basic features for video calls and invite up to 4 people. By upgrading to the Basic plan, you increase the meeting time to 2 hours, get advanced tools, and have the ability to invite up to 8 people. With the Business plan, you can host big events for up to 80 people, have an 8-hour meeting time limit, and enjoy the innovative AI-based tools.
Various host options are only available in the business plan. You can add or remove hosts online in the business plan at any time.
Yes, you can save up to 20% by subscribing to an annual plan instead of a monthly plan.
Go to the Plan Management page of your Whoosh account. Under Account Details, you can switch your plan from Monthly to Annual, and save your changes.
Yes! Log in to Whoosh and go to the Plan Management page. Select Edit Plan to upgrade your plan.
